• Consult senior level executives at publicly-traded national health plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, regional plans, and large integrated systems on how to develop business strategies as they transition from fee-for-service to pay-for value risk arrangements in order to reduce the delivery of low-value care and ultimately reduce the ratio of dollars per outcome.

• Co-develop and manage stakeholder expectations to build and sustain long-term relationships that enable expanded scope and solution delivery assessing and remediating barriers to value while translating needs/goals into value-added actions.

• Advise on how to best understand the barriers faced in the shift to value-based care, leveraging the RowdMap platform to help these organizations overcome quality, cost and unitization challenges.

• Implement & strategize RowdMap solution across large national provider organizations, guiding institutions towards a pathway to risk via physician behavior change, network efficiencies & strong referral pathways through practice pattern analysis across all lines of business.

• Develop project plans for various workstreams that shape approach, implementation and sustainment of change management activities.

• Accurately assesses the costs, benefits, and risks associated with alternative courses of action generating higher quality decisions.
